Top 5 European Football League’s Betting Action 09-10th November 2019 Including Liverpool v Manchester City
The 2019/2020 season has been rather tough for perennial stars of the past seasons. However, the battle for the titles is still open. This weekend, a lot of action is expected on the field as teams fight for three points. Here are some of the major games in various European Leagues.
Premier League: Liverpool v Manchester City
The perennial arch-rivals, Liverpool and Manchester City, are meeting for a match on Sunday, 10th November at Anfield. Liverpool is still leading the league with 31 points after 11 games. Manchester City is at a distant second with 25 points after playing a similar number of games. Guardiola’s side is without three of his best players; Leroy Sane, Zinchenko and Laporte. The Reds are cautious about using Fabinho as he has had four cautions already and any other mistake may lead to a ban. Liverpool has not lost a home match since April of 2017 and is less likely to lose this one too.
La Liga: Barcelona v Celta Vigo
Celta Vigo is making a trip to Camp Nou for a match against the league leaders Barcelona. Celta Vigo has had a very poor start in La Liga this season. They are currently in 18th position after 12 matches. They even lost four of their last five matches. However, despite being the league leaders, Barcelona has always struggled when playing against Celta. In their last six campaigns against Celta, they have won just two games. Their last meeting, Barcelona lost 2-0 to Celta. It remains to be seen if Celta will get at least a point from the match, failure to which it will be relegated.
Serie A: Juventus v AC Milan
The 11th placed AC Milan travels to beat Juventus in the 12th match of the season. Juventus are enjoying a lead in the league just a point above Inter Milan. Their campaign has been good this season, having won nine games and drawn two. AC Milan has been struggling this season, having lost six games and won just four. This game will be a tough one for AC Milan, having not won a single match against the team since 2017. However, the game is less likely to have many goals as witnessed in their last meetings. In other news, AC Milan has been linked with a move that involves Juventus defender Daniele Rugani in the January transfer window.

Bundesliga: Bayern Munich v Borussia Dortmund
Bayern will be welcoming their arch-rivals Dortmund at Allianz Arena on 9th November. Bayern is only a point below their rivals, 18 points after ten matches. Both of the teams have had ups and downs in their last few matches with Bayern losing 5-1 against Frankfurt. The greatest loss for Dortmund was 2-0 loss against Inter Milan in a Champions League match. With both teams with roughly equal strength, none of the teams has a large advantage over the other team. However, Bayern Munich is likely to capitalise on its home advantage to scoop the three points and break the tie.
Ligue 1: Marseille v Lyon
This weekend’s action between Marseille and Lyon will be taking place at Orange Vélodrome. Marseille is currently fourth with 19 points after 12 matches. On the other hand, Lyon is three points behind at tenth position. Marseille’s home form has been great with just two draws in the last five home matches. On the other hand, Lyon seems to be struggling with away matches. Fortunately, Lyon has had the upper hand in their meetings, winning six of their 13 last encounters and drawing five matches. Each team is expected to score in this match with a total of more than three goals expected. With the current home form, it remains to be seen if Lyons will improve on its away performance and beat Marseille at home.
