A bookmakers customer service is now an integral part of a successful operator. bwin have a number of different channels of communication for customers that wish to get in touch with account issues. They have a contact form, an extensive FAQ section and also a 24/7 customer support line. bwin customer service can also be accessed if you are not yet a customer. This means if you are having any trouble setting up your account you will be able to get in touch with them.
Communication Channels Available at Bwin Customer Support
bwin has a number of different communication channels for new and existing customers. All of the communication channels are available on the mobile app or mobile website as well as the desktop website. The FAQ section, the contact form and the helpline number can all be accessed from any device.
FAQ
The FAQ section is the first port of call for any bwin customers trying to find out an answer to a question. Chances are someone has needed to ask the question before, and if it is quite a common one like what payment methods can be used, it will be in the FAQ.
Contact form
The contact form can be used to get in touch with bwin for any queries that are not particularly urgent. Using the contact form will send an email to bwin, which they will then answer in an email to your address. This is best for non-urgent questions like things to do with bonuses and promotions.
24/7 helpline
The 24/7 helpline can be accessed by calling 00442039380862 . This is the fastest way to get in touch with bwin and is probably the most efficient if you need an immediate answer. Any questions to do with withdrawals or payments not going through will be able to be answered urgently by this team.
Bwin Customer Support – Frequently Asked Questions
Contacting bwin is quite straightforward. Although you should not be presented with many issues getting into contact with the bwin team, here are a few frequently asked questions about how bwin customer care processes run.
Can I contact bwin 24/7?
You can contact bwin any time of day using the helpline. Please be aware that during peak times they may take a long time to answer your call. Contacting bwin over the phone should result in the issue being resolved quickly – but they may need to escalate your problem to someone else. In this case it is likely they will email your or call you back to update it.
Can I contact bwin using the mobile app?
Yes. You can use the contact form, the FAQ section and also find the 24/7 helpline number using the mobile app. You just need to navigate to the right section like you would with the desktop website.
Can I contact bwin if I do not have an account?
If you do not have an account, there still may be a legitimate reason for you to contact bwin. If you are having issues while setting up your account with them, or you just want some more information about their services, you can contact them without being an existing customer.
How much does it cost to contact bwin?
The FAQ and the contact form are both free ways of contacting bwin customer services. Once you use the contact form you should be able to continue to discuss your problem via email if the situation requires it. The telephone helpline is a UK number, based in London. This is a local number and not a freephone or premium number. This means if you are calling from a UK landline or mobile, standard network rate is charged. Some mobile phone providers may charge you more to call this number.
If you are calling from abroad be aware that your network provider may charge you a higher rate for calling a UK number. This charge is not made by bwin themselves so if you are worried about the cost you will need to call your mobile phone or landline provider to find out how much they charge for international calls to the UK.

Pros
Not enough compared with the cons.
Cons
Wouldn\'t recommend it for serious handicappers, not to mention any sorts of high-rollers. I was betting couple of hundreds EUR per game at the most for few months (no arbitrages or any scheme) and then they suddenly restricted my betting maximum to less than 1 EUR. And I was not even winning, I was behind, not big, but in red numbers for sure. I contacted them of course, but didn\'t receive any reasonable explanation for their actions. So just withdrawed the rest from my account and just closed it.
