My sports betting history showed no records between those days. Going deeper on my investigation, I realized someone, somehow, got access into my account, made a deposit (84,17€, don't ask me why this amount) to be able to withdraw funds later to the same payment method, blew up 1400€ in slots bets, and was able to withdraw 200€. I had/have as many reasons to suspect the security breach came from me as from them, so I contacted Support. I thought "they have access to the invader's ip address, the payment method used to withdraw, the cell phone used to confirm the withdrawal requested, they will do their job by provided me these details and clarify this situation. WRONG! It was/is very easy to figure out I was not the one who made those transactions, yet they REFUSE(D) to send me that data, instead, they put the blame on me for not being careful about my password but at the same time saying they have no reasons to believe the actions were not performed by me! Regarding this, it's Interesting what they say on their rules: "THE ACCOUNT HOLDER CONFIRMS THAT ANY ACTIVITIES ON THE ACCOUNT ARE PERFORMED BY THEMSELVES. IF THE ACCOUNT IS MANAGED BY A THIRD PARTY, THE ACCOUNT HOLDER SHALL TAKE EXCLUSIVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCESS TO THE ACCOUNT.". This is great for them, IT IT BASED ON THIS ARTICLE THAT SO MANY OF THEM CUSTOMERS GET SCAMMED. The company (and/or its employees) can either steal money, or disregard their responsibility if someone hacks accounts. Besides, why do they ''investigate'' these situations and come up with a ''we have no reasons to believe the actions were not performed by you'' statement, when they could just state what their article says?? Anyway, I should have had read between these lines back when I registered and I didn't. The main point is: THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE ME THE IP ADDRESS, PAYMENT METHOD DETAILS, AND CELL PHONE NUMBER USED TO PERFORM THOSE TRANSACTIONS. Instead, they go through the easiest way, they disregard their responsibilities and say that the transactions were performed by me. What are they hiding?? What kind of behaviour is this??
