ComeOn Licenses & Seals of Approval. Is Your Data Safe?

As of 27th September 2019, ComeOn will stop accepting new players from the UK, deposits from existing players residing in the UK and their accounts will be closed.

The Official licence of ComeOn is provided to them by the UK Gambling Commission. They are registered in the name of their holding company Co-Gaming Limited which is registered and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission in the UK and by the Malta Gaming Authority for customers that are playing outside of the UK. The license by the UK Gaming Commission was appointed t them on 22nd of June 2015 under the license number: 039286-R-319338-002. Co-Gaming have kept up their registration with the UK Gambling Commission ever since this date.

The UK Gambling Commission

The UK Gambling Commission are the regulatory body for gambling in the UK. ComeOn registered with them in June 2015 and have been registered with them ever since.

The Malta Gaming Authority

ComeOn have been registered with the MGA since 2009, again as their holding company Co-Gaming. This gives hem a licence for any customers who wish to use their gambling services who are not based in the UK. It is the customers responsibility to check gambling is legal in their country.

Gamcare

As a responsible gaming provider, ComeOn are registered with Gamcare, a company who help people with gambling addictions. They also have control measures in place to stop people from gaming.

IBAS UK

ComeOn are also a member of IBAS (The Independent Betting Adjudication Service) which is an alternative dispute resolution service. This gives customers the chance to resolve disputes about odds or other aspects of their gambling experience through a third-party body not affiliated with the sportsbook.
