When visiting the site for the first time it all appears fairly well laid out. They have chosen to present a lot of information though it avoids becoming too overloading. The navbar gives users the option of selecting the various M88 products such as Sports, Casino, and a quick link to poker. Prominent on the page was the sponsorship with Bournemouth AFC which helps builds some legitimacy with the brand. The links are clearly laid out with all the help and information a user could want quickly on hand. This includes banking, promotions, VIP info, contact links, and a live help button which creates a feeling of reassurance.

There are two Sports betting links on the site which may be confusing at first. The first is mSports which is M88’s own platform, while Sports is a betting platform that they have contracted out to a third party. Clicking on either will take the user to the sports betting section which has the look and feel of other popular betting websites. This means that the seasoned user will feel right at home and a new user will be up and running quickly. As usual, the left side of the screen lists the sports of which there are a good selection and the rest of the screen is taken up by either further selections or the betting options. It was quick and easy to find both sport, league, and the game we were interested in and all up, the M88 website was well designed and simple to use.
