Placed a bet online 20/1. My betslip specifically stated Top Price Guarantee. It won at 22/1 but they only paid at 20/1. On webchat they said that I no longer qualified for the promotion despite what my betslip said. To webchat with a supervisor I would have to wait 30 minutes. They lost a customer for £12.50, they must be bananas. The irony is that had given me a free £5 bet. Won't use them again.
